About
Lewis is an ex-International Water Polo player and degree qualified Sports Scientist who after retiring from Water Polo in 2015 after concerns that it was negatively affecting is eyesight (he has a prescription of -10.00) turned to the world of ultra-endurance sport.
After numerous Ironman Triathlons, Ultramarathons and other day-long events. Lewis and his team All Oar Nothing set about conquering a much larger challenge, rowing unassisted across the Atlantic Ocean, a feat that only a few hundred people have ever done.
In January 2020, after 38 days 15 hours and 31 minutes at sea Lewis and team joined the select few who have made the crossing under 40 days and became the 2nd fastest 3 man team of all time.
Lewis now helps others achieve their goals. Whether it’s running your first 5km, prepping your first Ultramarathon, training to climb a mountain or row an ocean. His current athletic passions are still running, lifting weights, kettlebells and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
